- Marry the brand with the space
- Give people a sense of who we are when they walk into the building
- Create long-term installations that will last
- Stress sustainability, community, research, and entrepreneurship
- Be authentic but professional

- Unite both buildings using similar visual concepts
- Utilize the topography of the Flatirons to showcase sustainability and Boulder pride
- Present Leeds rankings and values via copy throughout the buildings
- Create designs that are both informative and visually appealing
- Stressing the balance between professionalism and authenticity
